Yes but was batman fully prepared like he is for normal fights and I bet batman didn't use his kryptonite ring because he didn't want to use lethal force plus like in Justice League DOOM Batman has contingency plans for every JLA member if they become evil including himself.

I agree with Amrold if Batman uses kryptonite Superman is done.

In a direct fight, even with kryptonite, Batman will lose. Kryptonite isn't an immediate end-all be-all for Superman. However, if Batman were to sneak up on Superman, which is highly unlikely, Bats could win. Emphasis on could. In probably 99 out of 100 fights Superman will win. I'm a huge Batman fan and I admit to this. If Superman and Batman both gave it their all, Supes would win. No contest.
