General Information: The Outlaws are a team of vigilante super heroes, so far only one member is on the team because the team has just been made and he is recruiting new members. Roy Harper started this team to have a team of older but still young super heroes come together free of any sort of "mentor". This team stands for justice and the fight for the everyday innocent people. Currently, Arsenal has headed to NYC to start recruiting and possibly have The Outlaws located their located there. The Outlaws will kill if they need to. The Outlaws handle situations around the globe from average thugs to meta-human super villains.
